飯店乾淨，雖有點小。因入住期間逢爆滿，所以金額加倍貴。也響應ESG，把瓶裝水取消變水壺。
在check-in的時候，花太長的時間了，整整一小時，耽誤到我們後面的行程。 主要是飯店系統和BOOKING.COM的系統出問題，造成飯店明知有訂兩間房，也預留了兩間房，為了系統正確連線問題，讓我們一直在櫃檯乾等。飯店自動化的check-in設施也無法順利使用，等於白設。 回國後，發現被刷了三個房間的費用，雖退費，但可能產生的一些手續費要房客自己負責。 現場的應變措施應該要加強。
